Ø Understanding the basic concept of public relations R.A.C.E model (Research, Action, Communication, and Evaluation.
Ø Being able to convey an important message through creative arts.
Ø Differentiating public relations from branding, marketing, advertising and journalism.
Ø Using the world wide web- all contents used for media analysis was cross checked from multiple sources on the internet.
Ø Public relations evaluation methods- media content analysis and interviews.
Ø Understanding target audience- institutional as the target audience was students and teachers of my university.
